Nice ticketing system

We switched from Autotask to Kaseya BLM (disaster) to CW. We really like CW, it's very powerful and comprehensive. Ticket management is very good. Inventory tracking and product ordering and RMAs are good. Entering time, products, notes is simple. Uptime is awesome, we haven't lost service once since we've had it.

The straight up most ballin Remote Control software there is

SO many things that ScreenConnect (Connectwise Control) does right. Quick silent connection to endpoints is my favorite thing. The chat functionality is PERFECT. The toolbox is PERFECT and even bypasses all antivirus/firewall rules (shhh!). Works great on low quality connections if you adjust settings. Rebooting normally or to Safe Mode is perfectly executed. Getting new temporary users to connect is very painless. You can even run some command line commands from the web portal and chat the user before actually remoting in. Capturing screenshots and video is perfect. Blocking the user from moving there mouse around when you're trying to fix their issues is extremely useful with some of our users who don't fully understand the whole remote control process. Hiding the screen for sensitive issues is a breeze and doesn't require some driver installation like Teamviewer. You can also annotate and highlight things for the user so they can clearly see the things you're trying to show them. I could go on and on.
