I like the way Carepatron handles the entire process from the beginning. Though I haven't completed it all, I find the onboarding and teaching convenient for my schedule. It's great that they help me understand the product without having to figure it out on my own. The product solves everything from EHR to billing, and I'm really looking forward to a one-stop-shop experience where everything is handled. Their hours of availability for questions or concerns fit my schedule well. Even though I'm not very tech-savvy, they are walking me through the setup, making it seem like a smooth transition.

I like using Carepatron because it allows me to document patients' clinical care and results, and offers a space for patients to communicate. The information security is commendable, and I appreciate the encrypted email and inbox features because they enable secure communication with patients and ensure HIPAA information stays secure. The setup was fairly easy, and having access to the same features and smart phrases allows my team to collaborate effectively.
