I like that Carepatron is very user-friendly. I don't have much experience with EHR systems, but it makes it very easy for me. It didn't take me long to figure out things, like how to submit intakes, and it's easy for my clients to use, which is super important. I also appreciate that I can share things with my team of about 10 people. We can share templates that we all use together, coordinate things, and see each other's schedules. I like the scheduler feature too because I can create my availability and the scheduler can add clients to my caseload. It's also super simple to do billing because clients can store their card on file.

I love the templates that are included. It makes it easy to do notes and share helpful documents with clients. I also like that it is super user friendly. It's also a great price for the features that it comes with it, such as the various templates, ability to customize, personalized scheduling link, integration of Stripe for payment, support, etc. It also adds the appointments to my Google calendar so I can quickly see my upcoming sessions.
