The interface is simple and intuitive. It also makes it easy for clients to schedule and see their appointments. Carepatron automatically adds things to their calendars if they want. The telehealth feature is also easy and intuitive for clients. That's important since some clients aren't as comfortable with technology as others. Price is very competitive. Support and onboarding has been great. I have not used AI features much yet, as I am just opening my practice and would like to devote some time to them before really considering if I am going to integrate them.
