The platform works well, and it was easy to learn how to use. Our Platform representative Ammaarah was amazing she amwsered all of my questions, and then showed tricks that we did not think about !!!!

I like the ease of the interface. It's easy for new clinicians to get used to using the system and to know schedule, engage and document sessions with clients. I like the ability to customize the custom fields as well as the forms, and to have form folders that are specific to our organization and our Carepatron setup. The AI Scribe tool has been really helpful for our clinicians and has been supportive in the documentation of high-risk client sessions.

I like that the new update allows you to sign and confirm each document or note. This allows a logged history of edits and changes, unlike previously, when case notes could be altered.
