Fast, Integration-Rich, but Held Back by Dated UI, Weak Search & Limited Functionality

It loads quite quickly, which is usually something that other project management systems struggle with. It also has a lot of third party integrations and a very large third part plug-in / app store.

What I like best is having ideas, customer feedback, and priorities in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets. Custom scoring fields help us rank ideas objectively, and since it's built on Jira, we can move ideas straight into delivery and track their progress. Sharing roadmaps with stakeholders is quick and easy too.
