On top of that, having all the team data in one clean dashboard makes it much easier to see what’s actually going on without having to dig through spreadsheets. Overall, it feels like a more modern, straightforward way to handle the day-to-day. **What do you dislike about Zyra HRM?** If I had to nitpick, the learning curve when switching to Zyra can feel a bit steep, especially for people who are used to more traditional software. The AI automation is a huge time-saver, but at times it feels a little too “by the book,” which can make it tricky to customize certain workflows for our team. Also, the mobile notifications can get overwhelming if you don’t go in and silence them early on.
