I’ve found that Zyra HRM really stands out because it doesn’t feel like one of those clunky, old-school HR systems. The mobile app is genuinely smooth, so checking payslips or marking attendance doesn’t feel like a chore. On top of that, having all the team data in one clean dashboard makes it much easier to see what’s actually going on without having to dig through spreadsheets. If I had to nitpick, the learning curve when switching to Zyra can feel a bit steep, especially for people who are used to more traditional software. The AI automation is a huge time-saver, but at times it feels a little too “by the book,” which can make it tricky to customize certain workflows for our team. Also, the mobile notifications can get overwhelming if you don’t go in and silence them early on. What problems is Zyra HRM solving and how is that benefiting you? For me, the biggest benefit has been on the hiring side. Instead of getting buried in resumes, the AI takes care of the initial sorting, which lets us focus on the interviews that actually matter. It’s also made our planning much smarter. we’re not just guessing how the team is doing anymore, because the dashboard shows the stats in real time.
