I can easily control where the call goes from any device. I can also place calls from my personal cell phone using my zoom work number. If i get a call inside my 3rd party app, the desktop app pops up as well. It has high quality audio support which is clear and makes business calls smoother and helps avoid misunderstandings. **What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?** There aren't many major downsides of using this platform but it's paid plan is a bit costly and can be a concern for starters. I'll also recommend to improve the call quality so that it can work properly with a weaker internet also. **What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is really solving my everyday challenges as it helps me connect with my clients and colleagues from anywhere, which saves a lot of time and keeps the communication simple and makes collaborating easier. We now host our meetings via Zoom. We have people with varying levels of breadth in their computer familiarity. During our initial meetings there was a lot of fumbling. No camera or no microphone on their desktop computer. Unfamiliar with the app on their smartphone, or no smartphone at all. A friend started using Zoom for some other group meetings of people entirely unfamiliar with computers or smartphones. ### 47. Everything has been working flawlessly since deployment. **What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?** Nope. From this user's perspective, everything is great as is. The service just works. **What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does an excellent job with our conference rooms. The new Yealink A20 video conferencing system we purchased was simple to install and has no problems or complaints from my users since deployment. Many of my users utilize Zoom to make instructional videos using the screen recording feature. The VOIP has been great since deployment in 2020. ### 48.
