Caret's migration from our previous platform was seamless and there was very little downtime for our firm.
I truly value how Caret integrates case management, document management, email, accounting, and numerous other features into one unified platform. The firm also appreciates that Caret is so easy to learn which has led to better timekeeping and collaboration of our matters.
The customer service team is consistently prompt and efficient in their responses, and I’ve observed that they frequently update the program based on client feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have noticed one drawback, which occurs infrequently: since this is an internet cloud-based platform, there can be some latency when the internet is experiencing problems. However, these issues are typically resolved within an hour or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
