Easy to use, affordable, GPS and Geofencing, team collaboration, and real time reports.

Limited offline uses, limited report customizations.

It solved workforce management problems, especially for businesses that rely on shifts and hourly work.

**What do you like best about Zoho Shifts?**

Its easy to use and took out team out of papertrail as we grew nationwide.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Shifts?**

So far I have had no issues switching to this.

**What problems is Zoho Shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far we have had zero. We use zoho for expenses, surveys and our CRM so it was an easy transition.
