# What are the best managed file transfer (MFT) tools delivering strong implementation support for large enterprise deployments?

A few products stand out, but for different reasons.

GoAnywhere MFT: This is the strongest fit I found for the implementation-support angle. An enterprise reviewer specifically called out professional services as very helpful during a GoAnywhere domain migration and noted that the product could be implemented quickly. G2 data currently puts average implementation at about 2 months, although reviewers also flag slower support responses for some complex security and compliance issues.

Cleo Integration Cloud: Cleo is worth considering when the deployment involves extensive trading-partner or EDI integration. Reviewers mention positive experiences with its project management and support teams, including help during initial setup. The trade-off is that implementation can be more involved: G2 reports an average implementation time of 4 months, and some reviewers note a learning curve with advanced mappings and transformations.

I'd bet how easy the platform is to administer once it's handed over ends up mattering more, since the implementation team is only around for a few months while whoever inherits the system lives with it for years. A great rollout from GoAnywhere's professional services doesn't help much later if the internal team still struggles with the slower support path on complex security issues. Cleo's longer implementation might actually pay off here if it means the team walks away more comfortable with the mappings and transformations instead of leaning on outside help every time something changes.
