If I had to pick one thing it's probably that I always need to keep in mind renaming pictures before uploading them since they don't accept pictures with special symbols in the name. Zoho Campaigns is the main tool we use in the company for any sort of mass communication, mainly newsletters, reseller communication, affiliate and ambassador communications, etc. Zoho Campaigns is integrated with Zoho CRM for optimal usage, which has helped us immensely in creating targeted customer newsletters and has driven sales in the long term. This tool is connected in the backend to all Zoho Apps which really helps the Marketing team to track a lead in its entirety. Still, the deliverability is an issue and there are lot more fine-tuning needed in the features.
