I like that the interface of Zoho Campaigns is fairly intuitive, which made it easy for our design team to get onboarded without any issues. It's also helpful that inputting contacts is fairly easy, reducing the manual work we had to do previously. The pricing plans are quite straightforward, which is a relief compared to competitors where pricing can get complicated. With Zoho, we know exactly what we need when adding new contacts, such as buying more credits or upgrading our plan. Zoho Campaigns could improve on its features, especially in embedding videos and displaying carousel-like images, which competitors like Mailchimp and Brevo offer. Though it's not a feature we heavily use, it's a nice-to-have. Also, integrating Zoho Campaigns with Canva has been challenging. I like that I can organize contacts into lists and send to just the lists I want to. It was easy to import a CSV of contacts from Constant Contact into specific lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? The email editor in Zoho Campaigns is really clunky, making it hard to format and design emails to look nice. It's also very slow loading. It's supposed to integrate with Zoho CRM and I've set up workflows, but it's difficult to use and it still doesn't work. We switched from Constant Contact expecting better integration with Zoho CRM, but Constant Contact was better in terms of UI/UX. I appreciate Zoho Campaigns for its free plan, which was highlighted as beneficial when I was just starting out. The free email campaign feature was the biggest thing for me to get started. I like how Zoho Campaigns supports small and initial users. It's also easy and seamless to install and start using the tool. I am using Zoho Campaigns with my Shopify to automate my mail campaigns, like for instances when items are left in the cart, which makes it very convenient for managing my customer communication.
