The way it looks and how things work are easy to get the hang of, mainly if you're doing basic newsletters. It has what you need: ways to sort your contacts, manage lists, plan when campaigns go out, look at stats, use premade designs, and automate some things. I really like that Zoho Campaigns solves my main concern by ensuring users do not receive emails as 'spam' thanks to its authenticity. It's easy to adapt to and has a quick onboarding process, needing only one Zoho account. I find it very easy to select user groups for sending emails, and the integration with the Zoho Suite is a plus. The initial setup was very easy, with an easy UX, great design, and authentic setup.
