I use Zoho Campaigns for sending out cold emails to my prospects and I've found it to be cheaper in cost than other alternatives like Smartlead or Instantly, which makes it easier for our organization to use. I like that the UI/UX is really clean and easy to use, and the campaign setup is very easy and intuitive. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, taking just two days. Zoho Campaign is very useful for us when it comes to managing our email marketing. Not just email, with Zoho, I automated all the website forms (leads are getting instant email replies after any form submission through automation). It has detailed analytics for the emails sent through which we analyze the performance easily. The form customization is very useful because we use custom CSS to match our brand design. We can add custom tags and lists which help to organize multiple initiatives. For the EU region, it has built-in strict user data privacy and consent features. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? The UI of the platform is slightly oldish. User experience could be better since they have so many features; it gets overwhelming to find through multiple clicks. Also, sometimes their default integrations won't be sufficient and it's complex to use the API with this platform. I mostly use email templates and contact management. They make it easy to create emails fast and keep everything organized without much effort. I also use Zoho Campaigns with other Zoho tools like Zoho CRM, which helps me manage contacts and send campaigns more easily from one place. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? For us Zoho Campaigns mainly solves the problem of having an affordable and simple email marketing tool. It’s honestly one of the cheapest plans I could find for a small business, especially when our sending volume isn’t that high. The interface is super easy to use, very beginner-friendly. I was able to create the account and get my first email campaign set up in about an hour, no learning curve basically. It also feels pretty robust. Hard bounces get automatically excluded from future sends, and the way contacts, lists, and tags are managed is really convenient for keeping things organized without much manual work. The reporting is clear and easy to understand too. My only complaint is it’s kinda annoying that metrics have to be downloaded separately instead of all in one file. I feel the integration of Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM and other apps like G Suite really helps us to sync the data and automate the tasks however we want. I would say it was fairly easy to set up. The problem of flows were well defined and we didn't really come across any major disruptions or hiccups. We got a fair amount of support from the Zoho team as well.
