We are using Zoey to run our B to B business, www.iSweet.ca. It is Very User Friendly for Add new items, run promotion for certain time period. Customer loves it since everyone can see the status of order, invoice, track shipment and applied credit if any. Customer support is awesome when we have any questions. Normally tickets will be taking care within 1 hour. Zoey has been part of our daily business operation. The Quote-to-Cart automation is fantastic because it allows me to turn quotes into orders efficiently without dealing with back-and-forth emails. I love the 24/7 self-service B2B customer portal, streamlining reordering, PO management, and net-term billing, effectively reducing order time by over 50%. AR Automation in Zoey consolidates my accounts receivable, chasing payments automatically and saving me a lot of time.
