We can also through its calendar, add when an employee requests a special leave or leave on vacation, to find a replacement on those days. It has a module of tax payment and tax compliance, to keep up to date from the same software, all the part of the payment of taxes of the company. **What do you dislike about Zimyo?** I wish it could be integrated with accounting software, to have everything in the same software, I do not know if it already does, but we have tried and have not been able to. Its interface is not as user friendly as I would like, it costs at first to adapt to the program, but it is solved with practice. I would like the software to inform me in some way, when the employee is not performing at work or does not complete the 8 hours per day. **Recommendations to others considering Zimyo:** Ideal software for all companies with human resources department, or who wish to keep all the management of their employees in order and without errors. It has been very useful and the errors in the calculation of payroll, overtime, vacations and other payments to employees, disappeared. We all work more organized thanks to Zimyo. This software has allowed us as a human resources department to be much more efficient and productive in our work. We have all the payroll management and payments up to date, which allows our employees to be much happier with their salaries, increasing the overall performance of the company. **What problems is Zimyo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Zimyo to efficiently manage our company's payroll and personnel management. It has very easy-to-use and easy-to-configure features, so we were able to have a good overview of employees and their performance right from the start. Its really trendy and user friendly. My team likes it hands down. We looked at various tools out there in the industry and found Zimyo to be the best suitable for our needs. Another crucial and important best aspect with Zimyo is the team behind it. Starting from Sales (Ananya) to Technical team headed by Jaspreet, are all extremely talented and customer focused people. They were always very transparent about what's possible and not and believe in doing everything they can to help a client. We have been using Zimyo for almost 9 months now and even today I get immediate attention and help in case of any queries. I really like working with the Zimyo team! **What do you dislike about Zimyo?** There is honestly nothing to dislike. Since our use is limited to Leave tracking at the moment, we are very happy with what we have. They also try to work on our suggestions to bring changes as much they can/is possible. **What do you dislike about Zimyo?** User Interface which is a bit complicated, specially bulk uploads thing. We need more easier interface to edit and change things rather using Excel files to upload stuff to make changes. While at Zoho Payroll every change happens directly and easily on the same page. No uploads required, it was instant without a refresh. I think better software coding is required. The developers would better understand. I suggest to take a demo of just the payroll part of Zoho. Previously we used to do attendance in Excel and did manual Payslips which was time consuming. Now we are able to do Leaves, Attendance, GPS tracking easily with Zimyo. With Zimyo coming into the picture, a lot of my processes were automated and a structure came into place. The team also guided us with various HR processes that we needed to establish as an organisation. **What do you dislike about Zimyo?** I believe the gap which I faced initially has already been bridged by the team. I felt a need for an onboarding document which was recently shared with me.
