**What do you like best about ZiaSign?**

Honestly stumbled onto ZiaSign while looking for a cheaper DocuSign alternative and didn't expect much. But unlimited users? That's what got me to try it. We have like 15 people who occasionally need to send stuff for signing and there's no way I'm paying $25/user/month for someone who sends 3 docs a month. The AI drafting thing is actually pretty cool — I pasted in some notes from a call and it spit out a decent first draft of an NDA. Not perfect, but way faster than starting from scratch. Oh and the PDF tools — I literally cancelled our SmallPDF subscription the same week.

**What do you dislike about ZiaSign?**

Took me a bit to figure out the template builder. Once I got it, it was fine, but a quick walkthrough video would've helped. Also wish there were more integrations out of the box.

**What problems is ZiaSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly just saving us money, time and improved productivity. We were cobbling together DocuSign + SmallPDF + Google Docs + Gemini + Claude AI + OneDrive for contracts Management. Now it's all in one place. Nothing groundbreaking, it just works and costs way less.
