ProShop connects operator time entry and job updates to the owner’s real-time view, so status information comes from normal shop-floor activity.

Paperless Parts provides visibility into quoting activity, adjustments, wins, losses, and order handoffs.

Katana Cloud Inventory combines production status, orders, and inventory in a cloud dashboard that different team members update themselves.

MRPeasy keeps production, materials, inventory, and work orders synchronized without requiring custom reporting.

ProShop offers the broadest shop-floor view, while Katana and MRPeasy appear easier for leaner operations. Paperless Parts is most useful when quoting visibility is the primary concern.

Has anyone run one of these with almost no dedicated administration and still kept the data accurate over time?

The system only stays accurate if the people on the floor actually use it. I'd pay more attention to how easy the time entry and job update flow is for operators than how nice the dashboard looks for the owner. If it's annoying to log time or update status, people will stop doing it within a few weeks and you're back to walking the floor to find out what's going on.
