Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Zepply, it’s a solid platform that makes hiring way easier. If I had to point out a few minor things, I’d say the AI Match Score is super helpful, but I’d love a bit more transparency on how it ranks candidates. Sometimes, I wonder why one applicant scores higher than another.
Also, while the platform is really user-friendly, a few more customization options for job postings and filters would be great. Nothing major, just small tweaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
