&lt;p&gt;Scale here has a property worth naming: your peak is everyone&#39;s peak. Finals week hits every institution in the same few windows, so the concurrency and support capacity you&#39;re buying are shared exactly when you need them most. Which makes the two questions for any vendor: what happens to session quality during common exam windows across their whole customer base, and how long the student-support queue gets at that moment, because a student who can&#39;t get through identity verification at the start of a timed exam is an incident, not a ticket.&lt;/p&gt;
