ZEP works very reliably and efficiently – even with higher loads or many parallel projects running. Loading times are short, and the application runs stably, which is extremely important in daily business.

We see potential for improvement primarily in the onboarding process and complexity with very extensive use. Due to the many functions and modules, it may initially take some time for new employees to fully understand and efficiently use all the possibilities.
