**What do you like best about Zentra?**

Zentra’s embedded compliance settings perfectly match official German tourism policies and local data privacy protocols, which is essential for our daily business operations. Its all-in-one supplier management system allows our team to oversee hotel resources, transportation arrangements and local tour guide arrangements in real time. The flexible itinerary editor enables us to swiftly revise travel schedules to cater to leisure groups, business visitors and individual premium travelers. The intuitive data dashboard also makes it easy to monitor order status and arrange routine operational work efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zentra?**

The platform lacks powerful multi-dimensional customer data screening options, so we cannot effectively divide clients into high-end individual travelers and large tourist groups for differentiated service arrangement. Its mobile application has obvious lag issues when we modify travel plans during on-site work. There are no ready-made standard templates designed specifically for European cross-border travel routes. In addition, synchronizing resource information from suppliers across various European regions still needs plenty of manual sorting work, which lowers our overall operational speed.

**What problems is Zentra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zentra, our work was split between various Excel files and scattered email conversations, causing low collaboration efficiency. This platform centralizes all reservation records, supplier feedback and itinerary revision records in one place. It helps our team strictly abide by local tourism industry norms, cut down redundant administrative work, avoid frequent schedule conflicts, and unify working pace among all departments, so we can provide stable and satisfying travel services for all clients.
