Provide online workflow capabilities for managing projects,also,monitors project completion time and time to market,also,monitors productivity of users ,managers and department

Has not displayed any downside to me  it is satisfying

It has reduce cost ,increase productivity,eliminate time consuming in paperwork,minimise delays in project completion,increase employee efficiency,easy to use embedded messaging system and improve horizontal and vertical communication
