# What survey tool works best for teams running ongoing feedback loops rather than one-off quarterly surveys?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for survey tools that work best for teams running ongoing feedback loops rather than one-off quarterly surveys. The dynamics are different from a one-off survey: you need automated triggers, recurring distribution, trend tracking over time, and ideally the ability to close the loop with respondents. From G2 reviews focused on ongoing feedback workflows, SurveySparrow, SurveyMonkey, and QuestionPro come up most often for this use case.

Other platforms worth knowing for continuous feedback programs:

SurveySparrow: Automation features and workflow integrations specifically described as reducing manual work in continuous feedback programs. The analytics dashboard is called out for tracking feedback trends over time without needing to export anything.

SurveyMonkey: Collecting feedback in a centralized system that replaces slow manual processes comes up repeatedly. Real-time aggregated metrics mean teams see trends as they develop rather than at the end of a collection period.

QuestionPro: Comes up for teams running NPS and employee engagement programs on an ongoing cadence. Strong on distribution automation and scheduled recurring sends.

Jotform: Good for teams that need recurring forms with notification and integration workflows. Less focused on trend analytics out of the box, but well regarded for the form creation and distribution side.

Zoho Survey: Surfaces for teams already in the Zoho ecosystem who want feedback loops integrated with CRM and support data. How well does it work as a standalone continuous feedback tool without the broader Zoho stack?

The operational difference monthly cadence introduces isn't scheduling, it's send governance. Once the same survey runs continuously, the real question is who doesn't get it: without contact-level throttling rules like "never re-survey anyone within 90 days," the same customers get hit repeatedly, response rates decay, and the loudest recent detractor gets asked twice while half the base is never asked at all. That's the feature I'd check for before any dashboard.
