The system is incredibly easy to use, and includes everything you need to track the day to day HR requirements of your employees. From training records to absence management, including the ability to track Bradford Scale scores. It can be set up as a self service system for all your employees to update their details as well as request holidays, and the customisable dashboards allow you to access all key data at a glance. The key feature for me is the ability to use the Bradford Scale to track absences, and then create an absence management log that holds all the history pertinent to that absence.
