The user interface is easy to get used to. I like that I can choose if I want to have an account in there to budget or just track and include all my loan accounts too. I've also started tracking my Venmo and PayPal account too so I can show all my self-employed income in one place. The customer support has been fantastic too. Their support videos are so fun to watch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have some accounts that can't be linked to YNAB so for those, I have to upload a transactions file from my bank or store credit card. About once per year there are a few transactions that get missed importing from my credit card company, but I had a lot more issues with this when I used Mint, so I realize bugs like that are inevitable. YNAB makes it easy to mark which transactions you've double checked against credit card statements and see where you left off, though, so it's been much easier to use than others I've tried.
