**What do you like best about Yardstick?**

Yardstick has helped us hire salespeople who ramp faster and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.

**What do you dislike about Yardstick?**

There can be pushback from interviewers who prefer to "wing it" through an interview.  It is critical to get buy-in from all interviewers before launching.

**What problems is Yardstick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often hire recent college graduates with minimal professional experience to reference.   Yardstick helps us structure interviews based on the behaviors we know candidates will need to succeed.
