**What do you like best about XPress Connect?**

The camera focuses quickly and captures leads well. Qualifying questions work alright but could be better. It does the job you need it to do.

**What do you dislike about XPress Connect?**

The interface seems dated and could be made more user friendly. The price is also ridiculously high for the quality of product you get.

**Recommendations to others considering XPress Connect:**

It does the job but it is not the most user friendly--that being said it works just fine for capturing leads at events.

**What problems is XPress Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Xpress Connect for lead retrieval at trade shows.
