**What do you like best about XpertReview?**

The system is extremely easy to use and the artificial intelligence component is amazing! I wouldn't use any other platform.  Very easy to use once the training is complete.  XpertReview also has a great price point compared to other services. 

**What do you dislike about XpertReview?**

I don't really dislike anything about the product.  Maybe just change the look of the website, but besides that, no complaints here.

**Recommendations to others considering XpertReview:**

Be sure to read the user guide and watch all the how to videos.  They are extremely helpful.  You can also contact XpertReview at any point in time for help.  Their customer service is great!

**What problems is XpertReview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XpertReview has helped us solve the bait and switch issue when it comes to recruiting for IT.  We now know that we are interviewing the correct person.  We can also better screen applicants before submitting them to our vendor.

**What do you like best about XpertReview?**

The interviewer is always available and as soon as the interview is done, the feedback is given within 5 minutes.  Don't have to wait for longer time.

**What do you dislike about XpertReview?**

Nothing.  Wonderful teamwork.  good admin

Very reliable and their process of interview is very fast

**What problems is XpertReview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interviewing the candidates.  The results are great and hiring those candidates has become much easy.
