What I liked most about Xnurta was how easy it was to create DSP campaigns. The platform made building orders and lines incredibly fast and intuitive—something that usually takes much longer when done manually in the console. When I first started using Xnurta, the platform was extremely slow to load -- I was getting frustrated. I couldn’t even log in on my Mac initially, so I had to switch to a Windows PC. Oddly enough, after using it a few times, it eventually started working on my Mac too, but I’m still not sure why that happened. Hopefully, those performance issues are addressed. Also, while working on DSP campaign creation, I found it difficult to locate the AMC audience creation section. The AI-driven campaign management helps reduce the time spent on continuous optimization. The main functionalities such as campaign optimizations or reporting are easy to use and implement. Since the AI optimizes campaigns daily, there's no need for constant monitoring—checking in every other day is usually sufficient. Powerful tools for managing Amazon ads, and diving into analysis. I've not encountered errors that have ruined my day as I have with other advertising software (looking at you PacVue). AMC integration is easy to use.

This is one of this rare cases when AI optimizations actually do the thing. Quick set up of orders/line items/creatives/audience creation, and on top of it, no SQL knowledge needed to create high-intent AMC custom audiences with just a few clicks using Xnurta's templates. Love it! Saves so much time in comparison to standard Amazon DSP console.

Additionally, the way AI helps us to optimize the performance considering near real-time hourly date from AMS, it makes a real positive impact that can be seen WoW/MoM across the accounts we manage.
