What do you like best about Xactly Sales Planning?

As an Account Executive, I have found Xactly to be a helpful tool for managing my sales performance and tracking past and current compensation.

With Xactly, I am able to track how I was progressing towards my quarter target and my leadership team was able to provide more transparency with compensation details and payout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Sales Planning?

There have been instances where I am unable to access the details or there are delays with the information being updated in Xactly, although very minimal.

I like that the platform is updated daily and easy to navigate. I like that everything can be personalized depending on the position. I enjoy the ease of use of this product. I like that there's a frequently asked questions section as soon as you log in. That way, if you have any questions it is easy to find a solution. I also look forward to my payouts and Xactly reminds me when my incentives will be paid as soon as I log in. The gages at the top of the incentive statement give a different view on how goals have been acheived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Sales Planning?

There's not much to dislike! I will say that at times when things are being adjusted there could be a "maintenance" warning or memo. It shows all zeros when changes are being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of Xcatly is it knows how to automate the complex process of angling quota and territories to the sales team. We had issues of Onboarding and training the sales reps but as we have Xactly the entire process of Sales Enablement has been streamlined.
