1. The tool has been very helpful and efficient, nothing as of now that I dislike
2. The AI features and other options are working as expected, so there is nothing much that is a concern
3. Clearly its helping in all the areas of recruitment, so all the small stuffs can be ignored
4. Setting up is the time-consuming part. Once the system is setup it’s a breeze from that time onwards
5. No issues as such, learning curve for the platform is very small and all the options are straight forward and easy
6. The application is mobile and tablet friendly which is good, but it’s a plus if mobile app is available
7. It is very hard to find a negative when collectively the platform is helping to increase the productivity in hiring initiatives
