This allows for a versatile tool that can be easy to manage many different client shipping accounts on. **What do you dislike about WorldLink?** The UI does not play friendly with alot of browsers and there is quite a bit application configuration that must occur in order for the service to run smoothly on IE. Otherwise you have to go to the native server in order to do so, and that can get really tedious really fast. The general UI is a bit lacking in terms of user friendliness compared to its competitors but for the price I suppose it is ok and will do. **Recommendations to others considering WorldLink:** It is a good utility to have when having a product that requires low cost effective shipping delivery methods that integrate in well with FedEx and other logistic shippers. **What problems is WorldLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** There have been many business problems that we have solved using CMS such as tracking of our patients orders. Delivery methods, seeing if delivery of said product to a region is even a viable or desirable option. There have been many benefits to CMS as well such as the customer support which is next level thank you so much to Curtis for helping us meet our deadline ahead of time as FedEx was upgrading their system and needed to make sure our hardware and software was up to date. ### 4.
