WorldfonePBX (a product of SouthTelecom) is a CRM integrated PBX. The software has full features of a common PBX including: Inbound / OutBound Call, IVR, Transfer Call, Forward Call, ACD, ... The software also has the features of CRM: Manage guest list product, group management, decentralization, agent management, notification management ... In addition, the software also has Omnichannel systems and integrates other third-party software such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams ... In particular, the team of SouthTelecom will support customers to install online software, configure terminal equipment, manual and technical support 24/7.

**What do you like best about WorldfonePBX?**

I like it as a cloud-based phone system that gives me the flexibility to manage it from anywhere. I am not office bound.

**What do you dislike about WorldfonePBX?**

There is not much that I don't like about the system. I dont like that it is not hosted in a data centre in my country.

**What problems is WorldfonePBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is cost effective and easy to deploy. It saves us time and money.
