Workstream has saved me time! All information is streamlined and communication with candidates is easy and efficient. I love that a candidate can apply in the afternoon and I can get an interview scheduled and confirmed for the next day with only a few clicks. Workstream has eliminated all the back and forth. We like the ability to quickly post for new 1099 contractor positions in any city and have it live on job boards by the following day, if not the same day. This feature alone was a significant time savings for us and allowed us to shorten the number of hours a day spent recruiting. Workstream also rolls out new features every 60 days and seem to be responsive to adding things that would streamline recruitment further. Technical support was quick as well. Not much to dislike, although I wish I could set the calendars for each hiring manager myself instead of relying on them to do it, when building a new location and hiring process. As a feature, this would allow me to manage what each area supervisor was doing in terms of activity for recruitment. A report showing supervisor activity would be great, too. Oh, and being able to video interview candidates would be a good feature instead of third party software. That would make it so that we could be 100% remote hiring and not even need a supervisor to manage the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am an HR Manager for an Manufacturing company. It is hard to find good skilled workers from just one site - people are everywhere. We love that workstream publishes on several different sites.
