In the search bar if you put a name and by mistake add a space after the name you will not get any results. This happens often when you c/p paste names and I would say that's a bug, it should be fixed. I would like to have an option to receive only some notifications for a certain position in a location and not others, it can be done but you have to understand the tool very well and set everything this way from the very beginning. Horrible service from trying to resolve the issues with getting our various job ads to flow through to Indeed. We have 4 locations and only one is consistently working with ads showing up on Indeed. This is greatly impacting our hiring and makes me wish that I hadn't turned off our other ATS that we transitioned from.
