It has a simple platform and a grad and drop interface, making it easier to put things in our calendar, assign tasks, and more. I can also manage our projects here because it allows me to see what tasks are assigned to each member of our team and which tasks are still not assigned to anyone, and we are able to plan our weekly and monthly schedules with this solution. I like that it has different color labels so we can differentiate between tasks, and we use it along with Basecamp to fasten the process of task creation. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** Sometimes the simplicity of it becomes a sort of limiting and I want to be able to add more customization to our schedules. Additionally, I don't like that it takes too long to load the calendar if there's too many things scheduled. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workstack has given us a space where it's easy to visualize all our projects in one single view. I feel like it's more effective to have all our schedules put on this intuitive calendar as it helps us have a clearer vision of what we need to schedule, what we need to do, and things that we have to do throughout the week, and more. It's become easier to work as a team with this feature, and we have been able to have more organization around our projects. ### 2. You can track the time and see the time dedicated to the projects. It also helps me to plan my day and the important tasks that need to be completed. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** So far it worked well, I have nothing to complain about. **Recommendations to others considering Workstack:** It is very easy to use, it helps to easily manage your team's tasks quickly and safely. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Excellent for structuring projects, estimating times, and scheduling jobs, the functionality of tasks and the general user interface is very pleasant. Assigning tasks is easier than in other tools because you can drag and drop them onto your stack or into a group or team. ### 3. I'm able to color-code tasks, assign to others, and get a general overview of all tasks needed for the day. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** Sometimes, it takes a bit to load. I'm guessing this is if you have a lot of tasks on your calendar, but I till think it's a long wait for all your items to pop up. This is the only issue I have with Workstack that I can think of. **Recommendations to others considering Workstack:** I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to stay organized and have fun doing it! This makes It much easier to stay organized and focused especially when working on a project under heavy time constraints. There's a free trial to allow you to become accustomed to it which can really help especially when trying to find a new vendor and this allows you to get input from the team. I also really like that there is an option to set start dates as well as due dates. I'm a pretty forgetful person so this was extremely helpful to me. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** Weekly tasks have to be added every week, theres no option to have these automatically upload every week which was slightly upsetting. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't think that there were ever any problems that I experienced with workstack. ### 7. Love the drag and drop function to assign tasks. Project creation, time estimates and scheduling work are simple and effective. You can perform an assignment using the drag-and-drop function. Also the user interface has a modern look. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** The initial load time is too long. Pricing could be more reasonable price. It seems weaker than the features in the PM tools in other alternative software. **Recommendations to others considering Workstack:** It is a very useful tool that you can use on a daily basis. Saves time when creating tasked projects without reporting features. If you have a large company, you will have a lot of resource projects to grow and distribute among your employees. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workstack works great with Basecamp. it's the perfect choice to keep in mind what you and your team are up to date. It makes it easier for you to make consultations by combining projects in different jobs as structure in business groups. ### 8. The calendar view is really successful. The drag-and-drop interface will make you happy, allowing you to edit objects that you can easily assign to jobs without having to use date & time selectors. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load on a task you specify. When I invite users to join, the emails I send are sometimes not sent and I need to send another invitation to personal e-mails because I'm not quite sure that there is no confirmation.... **Recommendations to others considering Workstack:** You can use any Workstack application to organize the workload of the team in your company. You can transfer tasks between team members and integrate directly into Basecamp to make adjustments. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many opportunities to customize and adjust your workflow. If you want to be very careful when editing a list for a job of your choice, WorkStack is satisfying you because all conditions are color coded and organized. ### 9. It's easy to stay organized and focused especially when working on a project under heavy time constraints. There's a 14 day free trial to allow you to become accustomed to it which can really help especially when coming from another vendor. I also really like that there is an option to set start dates as well as due dates. I'm a pretty forgetful person so this was extremely helpful to me. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** Weekly tasks had to be added every week manually, there wasn't an option to have these just reoccur which was frustrating at times. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't think that there were ever any problems that I experienced with workstack. ### 10. It makes it so easy to keep track of what I have to do. Very good for organization. I also can plan out my day and tasks that I have to keep track of. The time tracking is also a very helpful tool that I love. **What do you dislike about Workstack?** The only thing that I disliked was the loading time was a little bit long. But other than that, everything was great. **What problems is Workstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the problem of project management. Another problem is time tracking. It can track the time i spent on projects and aspects of a project. This is so helpful. ### 11.
