Workstack is great for organizing our schedules and keeping track of upcoming events in our business. It has a simple platform and a grad and drop interface, making it easier to put things in our calendar, assign tasks, and more. I can also manage our projects here because it allows me to see what tasks are assigned to each member of our team and which tasks are still not assigned to anyone, and we are able to plan our weekly and monthly schedules with this solution. I like that it has different color labels so we can differentiate between tasks, and we use it along with Basecamp to fasten the process of task creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the simplicity of it becomes a sort of limiting and I want to be able to add more customization to our schedules. Additionally, I don't like that it takes too long to load the calendar if there's too many things scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, it takes a bit to load. I'm guessing this is if you have a lot of tasks on your calendar, but I till think it's a long wait for all your items to pop up. This is the only issue I have with Workstack that I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that you're always able to look at who is working on what aspect of a project. This makes It much easier to stay organized and focused especially when working on a project under heavy time constraints. There's a free trial to allow you to become accustomed to it which can really help especially when trying to find a new vendor and this allows you to get input from the team. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load on a task you specify. When I invite users to join, the emails I send are sometimes not sent and I need to send another invitation to personal e-mails because I'm not quite sure that there is no confirmation.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling my week could not be easier now with the use of Workstack. It makes it so easy to keep track of what I have to do. Very good for organization.
