Unfortunately, Worksnaps failed to keep up with implementing new features years ago, so we ended up switching tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Worksnaps can help us get the exact amount of time spent on each project, and the exact amount of time spent working in a week, or a month. This frees the employees from having to send daily updates about what they were doing during the day. This also helps HR while calculating the monthly salary of the employees. Above all, it gives a sense of peace to the bosses that their employees are working and not wasting their time as they are being recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Worksnaps has a habit of snapping screenshots at the most annoying times. It snaps a screenshot every 10-minute period but randomly. So, there have been many cases where I have worked with full dedication but switched to another tab like Spotify or Slack or Whatsapp and worksnaps suddenly snaps the pic. So, it seems that I was passing the time during that period. Another bid shortcoming is the high RAM usage that it has. It makes my PC very slow many times, and mine is an i5 10th gen.
