The interface is simple and it promotes honesty, decency and integrity of hours worked. I had an issue once about time logged by a collegue and the support team was great, helpful and professional. The best part that I like in Worksnaps is being software that provides activity tracking in details. It takes screenshots and time stamps of all my working hours that can be easily used to create a timesheet or to prove to customers that I worked the full hours. The approach that is typical of the constant tracking is extreme disruption for me. IT is irritating knowing that my every move is been watched and it also paves a way of a management culture that needs people to be micromanaged.
