## About WorkProbe
WorkProbe is a work-sample assessment for hiring. Paste in a job description and WorkProbe generates a 45-minute job simulation from it, or bring your own scenario. The simulation is a real task from the role, messy documents, simulated colleagues, and an AI assistant the candidate is free to use. Each candidate does the actual work. WorkProbe then grades what they did against a fixed rubric on four skills: role skills, AI collaboration, critical verification (do they check the AI's answers before passing them on), and judgment under uncertainty. Grades are Strong, Acceptable, Weak or Poor. No scores, no percentages. A human makes the hiring decision. You get a ranked shortlist and, for each candidate, three to five interview questions anchored to what they actually did. It sits between your CV screen and your interviews, works for technical and non-technical roles, needs no ATS integration, and holds no candidate names or emails.
