**What do you like best about WorkHub WorkBot?**

The best feature of the WorkBot is Knowledge Ops, which allows your business files to be uploaded in the company tab. Only people you give access to can see those files and ask the WorkBot questions related to those files. This feature is rare and one that I have not seen in other software.

**What do you dislike about WorkHub WorkBot?**

More than dislike, I would say that the WorkBot lacks some features that should be added to the tool. For instance, it should be used for PM tasks as well, where it can tell which projects are not performing and what can be done to correct them.

As a company, we have used WorkBot to get answers to our questions quickly from thousands of files. Otherwise, searching for the right answer and replying to a customer will take days.

**What do you like best about WorkHub WorkBot?**

ChatGPT brought a great revolution for professionals like me in optimizing so much of my time on redundant content-related tasks. However, this tool has served as a cherry on top. I found out about workbot from a colleague of mine and I loved it. Along with ChatGPT's GPT4 engine, this tool gives me a file-based information extraction feature where I can upload any of my work-related documents (pretty much all of the formats) and ask direct questions about it without having to stifle through each of the pages myself and the best thing is that they offer privacy for my sensitive information so that ChatGPT won't use it to train its public knowledge.

I don't dislike any specific aspect of it, but yes, just like I expect from ChatGPT - I would love to have some more content generation options like fully formated presentations and financial reports, etc. But I guess that's just something I have to wait a bit more for.

I'm a marketing professional and I usually have to skim through a lot of research work for multiple purposes.
