**What do you like best about Work as Team?**


Planning is fundamental in a company, this application organizes tasks and projects in such a way that they can be properly executed. It can be planned based on resources, time and personnel. It is a very intuitive web application that shows the flow of tasks well organized, shows step by step the development of a project. The work team can follow up on the processes and resources allocated for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about Work as Team?**

Work as Team is practical and will solve an invention project-level organization, however you can not customize some functions to adapt it to the company and it would be good if it had a cost-to-completion tracking module to determine if the execution of project was efficient.

**Recommendations to others considering Work as Team:**

It would be good to take into account the implementation of agile methodologies for the flow of tasks in the projects, and thus get another perspective of the project where the people involved can be more familiar with the platform and thus develop an expected team workflow and Evaluations tend to be more objective as control instruments are executed.

**What problems is Work as Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the level of planning and estimation of time in the execution of the projects, the company obtained good results, one of the most important characteristics was the use of Gantt diagrams to show in conferences how the task flow was going.

**What do you like best about Work as Team?**

I like it because it is very intuitive, it also shows the flow of well-organized tasks, it shows step by step the development of a project. The work team can keep track of the processes and resources assigned for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about Work as Team?**

A negative point would be the fact that you can not customize some functions to adapt them to the company.

**What problems is Work as Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Work As Team as the main tool for project control, the benefit it provides to the company is to execute the tasks and projects in the times assigned to each work team, measuring the progress and obtaining the reports graphed in Gantt.
