I dislike that it barely functions as a chat program. I imagine it probably has better functionality if used where multiple operators were able to pick up a chat request, but as a one-on-one program, even AOL instant messenger was more functional. You cannot copy/paste conversations, although you can save them. They do not get automatically archived; you have to manually save them.
