What do you like best?

I like that it can be embedded into my company's website. I also like that it provides the customer's account number when a chat request pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that it barely functions as a chat program. I imagine it probably has better functionality if used where multiple operators were able to pick up a chat request, but as a one-on-one program, even AOL instant messenger was more functional. You cannot copy/paste conversations, although you can save them. They do not get automatically archived; you have to manually save them. You cannot pick up a chat request after a certain amount of time. It runs slowly on anything but the best computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is probably a good program for those who would like to have multiple users able to pick up a chat, like with a help line or something. However, as a direct way for dedicated customers to get ahold of you, it is severely lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
