What I like the most about whatsapp API is seamless integration capabilities. The API is straightforward to set up and works flawlessly with our existing CRM. The documentation provided is quite thorough and user-friendly. Additionally. the real-time messaging feature has greatly enhanced our customer communication, allowing me to offer timely efficient support. We've been using it almost daily. As we've daily transactions with customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I can't complain much, one area that could use improvement is the analytics dashboard. although it provides basic metrics it lacks more detailed insights to help make data-driven decisions. Could be a bit complex for those not familiar.
overall perfoamce and reliability of the software are excellent. Customer support is fine but could be better as such convo back and forth on email takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
