Bracket – Task Management for Slack & Email Bracket is an AI-powered task management tool built for teams that live in Slack and email. Instead of adding another tab to your workflow, Bracket lets you create, track, and complete tasks directly where work already happens. Type @bracket in any Slack DM, channel, or email thread to create a task, check progress, update a deadline, or get context — no app switching, no double data entry. Connect it to your note-taking app and Bracket automatically pulls action items from meeting notes, assigns them to the right people, and adds them to your task board without any manual input. Because Bracket is already embedded in your conversations, its AI starts from context rather than from scratch — so when you need a follow-up drafted or a plan outlined, it already knows the situation. All tasks sync across Slack, email, and a central task board, giving ops leaders real-time visibility without forcing the team to adopt a new tool or change how they work.

**What do you like best about Bracket?**

Every tool I've used before required my team to maintain it. Someone had to update the status, log the note, move the card. Bracket flips that. The context gets captured as work happens, including from meeting transcripts, so when I look at something I'm seeing the full picture, not just a checkbox. As a CEO that visibility is worth more than any dashboard I've ever been sold.

**What do you dislike about Bracket?**

It's an early product so there are things still being built out. But the team ships fast and they actually listen, which is more than I can say for most software I've paid for.

**What problems is Bracket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was the person holding everything in my head. Not because my team wasn't doing the work, but because nothing captured the context behind the work. Bracket fixed that without asking anyone to log into yet another system. Think of it like a manufacturing line. The process runs on its own, people step in when a decision is needed, and then it moves on. I finally know what's happening in my business without having to ask.

**What do you like best about Bracket?**

Saves so much time in my day.  Love how fast new features are rolled out. It's roadmap is taking it where no other software goes, to truly run projects, manage tasks, follow up with people, action meeting notes, etc; that I believe it will be an industry leader one day.

**What do you dislike about Bracket?**

Nothing. It's new, and keeps getting better every week.

**What problems is Bracket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is truly automating my business with AI. It will save me people, time, money, and make my company better, faster and smarter. It's new...it just has to keep going and deliver on the roadmap.
