Every tool I've used before required my team to maintain it. Someone had to update the status, log the note, move the card. Bracket flips that. The context gets captured as work happens, including from meeting transcripts, so when I look at something I'm seeing the full picture, not just a checkbox. As a CEO that visibility is worth more than any dashboard I've ever been sold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's an early product so there are things still being built out. But the team ships fast and they actually listen, which is more than I can say for most software I've paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
