I find Weekdone's learning curve manageable, making it easy to get up to speed quickly without much difficulty. The platform is self-explanatory and straightforward to use. What I like most about weekdone is that I can organize my goals and my tasks to be able to achieve my personal and professional goals.

I don't dislike it at all, in fact I think it's a very complete tool since I can also see that it could be achieved or that it is failing. Likewise, the follow-up that can be done is very accurate through the statistics that can be obtained Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Weekdone is one of the good tools for Planning and Tracking Objectives of your team in a Company. Weekdone is well suited for Project Managers or Program Managers for setting up weekly tasks for their Team structure.

-It also improves Team Improvement by making sure weekly to quarterly goals are met. This makes every individual to work towards Company's vision.

-Track weekly progress, provide feedback, and move everyone in a unified direction. I helps build a more productive and efficient company.

-It helps in setting Quarterly Objectives for the Team

-Tracking Project Overall progress (in terms of Update and Completion)

-It identifies Tracking Items, Feedback, issues and complaints from Team Members by sorting it out which is very important for the smooth progress of the ongoing Project

-Weekdone is based on OKR best practices & hence, it aligns our goals with the objectives of the company. During the goal creation, users are encouraged to create an objective mapping to streamline the efforts.

-Weekdone also records & displays our satisfaction levels using criteria such as happiness, team-spirit, energy & work-life balance. This is such a cool feature & highly beneficial for the team leaders.

-Users have the option to broadcast new ideas & lessons learned using the 'News Feed'.

-It also has a separate notes section where we can place important items for future reference.

-Setting up a project is not an easy task, requires assistance from their support team.

-We integrated Weekdone & Microsoft Teams for 1:1s & other updates but the notifications are not synchronised. Every week we have to delete the cache & re-login Weekdone inside Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Weekdone is a modern day take on project management. It supports multiple languages for global teams. Extra importance being given to aspects like employee's wellbeing using daily ratings & frequent feedback.

-Weekdone supports manual tasks and goal creation alongwith import from third party applications like Jira, Google Sheets, Zapier and more. For weekly check-ins it can link with products such as Microsoft Teams & Slack.

-Weekdone offers a free version but it's insufficient for organizations having more than 3 users. The upgrade plans are a bit expensive.

Weekdone supports Internationalization and is currently available in 9 different languages, this makes it a perfect application for globally spread agile teams.

Quarterly goal setting begins by setting the Company's objective so that all the teams are aligned with one common goal. Each objective also is aligned to it's own key result which helps us in measuring the success rate.

Weekdone's feedback system comprises of Initiatives & Weekly check-ins. 'Initiatives' club all our plans and align those with the organisation's goal & 'Weekly Check-ins' help us in tracking the accomplishments & insufficiencies.

Project setup for larger teams is time consuming.

For non leadership personnel, it's difficult to view your peer's OKRs and how those are interlinked.

-Weekdone is OKR based & hence it organizes every individual goal with the organisational goal & improves team coordination. Employee goals are prioritized according to their weightage in the organisation's goal.

-We are able to get regular insights on employee plans, progress, thoughts & well being. Employees get the survey bar regularly to mark their satisfaction levels while maintaining confidentiality.

-Weekdone unites goals & achievements with 1:1 feedback. Which are private check-ins with the manager.

-Product setup is a nightmare especially for larger teams.

-Employee feedback ratings are just stars and as managers, most of the time, we are unable to uncover the exact cause for someone's disappointment. It would be better if feedback bar had a text field as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-With complete focus on Objectives & Key Results, Week done brings purpose to the team.

-Goals & performance can be compared in the same dashboard.

-You can import Jira tasks as well because Weekdone supports easy integration with Jira.

Project specific customisation & branding is not yet supported.

No mechanism to integrate with Softwares such as ADP Workforce Now so we are unable to sync our leave management system with Weekdone. This is causing a difference in estimated forecast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very easy to use and the interface is good even for people with non-technical background. It allows us to interact even with people outside of our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very fond of the mobile interface as sometimes it lags a bit while checking and updating tasks. Not sure if it is for all the members or only for the people when a task is assigned to them from managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
