What do you like best?

integration with tasks already being assigned and worked within Asana or Teamwork Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

not much honestly. I don't blame the system but I have had trouble consistently getting others on board to using it with consistency, which undermines its usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

No regrets from me in choosing weekdone. I would always recommend people look at their own political landscape though. If the culture supports this kind of forward thinking, inclusive and transparent way of strategic operation, then go for it. If someone with more political clout thinks it's a bad idea or redundant, I wouldn't fight against that. Some of this functionality can be accomplished within your task / project management system like Asana, but it's not as easy out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tools like Asana, Teamwork, and even Workfront all manage tasks, projects and programs or portfolios of projects. They scale up and down the "things to do" hierarchy but they don't explicitly address the "Why are we doing this" portion of strategic planning. Weekdone helps translate big picture goals, and the strategies chosen to achieve them, into your everyday work. I've realized the benefit of alignment and supporting prioritization. What do you like best?

The overall versatility of the programming allows users to do what they need to when they need to. I personally like this because it allows us to track our OKRs internally and allow for updates and transparent progression across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The software has a bit of a learning curve. If you are unfamiliar with OKRs and are starting to put formal goal tracking processes in place this might not be the first choice. This is more for advanced users who need that granular OKR update control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There are some integrations that could be better or even created. We like to connect everything to everything. For the connections that do exist it does allow us to really plug in the information, we need to get the results that we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the fact that the company objectives can be connected to team objectives and individual objectives. This makes it possible to understand how each person on the team is contributing to the company's overall direction.

You can also change the value of individual key results. For example, instead of adding it up as a percentage on your own, you can change it to an absolute # like 50 or 60 and it'll do the calculation for you. This made it easier for us because the things we tend to do aren't easily made into percentages.

In addition to that, I can actually dive into each person's weekly tasks, progress, and motivate them a bit via Weekdone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I'll say that was a challenge to us is the fact that it took a bit of getting used to for some of our team members. The way things are organized means it takes a lot of clicking and checking to make sure you've got all your quarterly goals set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider blocking out time to fully understand how the different parts of Weekdone work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to clearly visualize our organizational goals and break them down into component parts. This made it clear how each person was contributing to the team as a whole and adds an extra sense of accomplishment. It also lets you know exactly when you're falling behind and when you need to take corrective measures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

1. It helps me to focus on my weekly plan and pursue quarterly objectives.

2. It improves my productivity and efficiency by the specific index.

3. I can also look up the weekly plan and quarterly objective of my teammates and even the CEO. Weekdone builds up a transparent and open working environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it takes time (a few minutes perhaps) to open each page of Weekdone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can clearly understand the core objectives of my department and the entire company.

I finalize my personal objectives and focus on my working plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Weekdone is a breath of fresh air for businesses or organizations seeking to organize their objectives. You can use Weekdone to make life simpler, whether you are planning long-term goals or just setting goals every quarter. It's also incredibly important to keep track of your progress. If you couldn't track your progress, it wouldn't make sense to have the program first, but the ability to bring together the website perfectly. You can also use the software to set goals on a weekly or quarterly basis. This helps a lot as not every business tracks its progress in same way, and most keep track of both types. All in all, Weekdone is a beneficial website for companies to keep track of their goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The website does not have too many special features. It could keep track of anything it does on paper. However, it is generally convenient just to have one digital spot from which to view it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Weekdone can be used to highlight goals and key data outcomes that keep track of your progress towards your goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Weekdone allows you to set targets for my team and keep track of your progress. This allows you to continuously control progress and know when you need to make changes to achieve your goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to enter OKRs, and to link them. Teams are easy to set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What a clunky mess. If you have a team member on multiple teams (as much of the start up world is), it won't let you just fill out one set of OKRs, it wants specific ones per team. So you're constantly trying to find where on earth you placed it last time. Also, all of the trainers are UK based, so not helpful when you're trying to organize trainings in PST. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are others that do the same thing but better. Use them instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a solution to track and grade our OKRs, and the only benefit that we can see so far it that it gives us some place to write it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that you can hold people accountable for the things that they are not doing. Also, you set task, goals, and objectives for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It was challenging to learn because the videos were not helpful at all. I would prefer if they had steps to work it instead of depending on videos to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Weekdone is very attractive and easy to use. The weekly report is helpful and it is easy for everyone in our company to use, old or young. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The hardest thing we are finding using Weekdone is getting everyone to use it consistently. The app itself is great and I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you dislike?

There just isn't enough control for it to be useful

As soon as you have access never of staff who works me than five days a week it didn't work anymore and you have to fudge it, heaven help anyone who works different hours on different days

Expensive fur what feels like a beta product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use this for free but I doubt anyone would be happy paying for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I run a team of 20 across four different offices. In our largest office we have a weekly 15 min standup meeting which is great for syncing up on what each of us is doing, but people can't dial into that from across the Atlantic. Weekdone helps to get (almost) the same effect digitally.

I'm also a fan of weekly personal planning / PPP-s and I like how Weekdone nudges everyone to think about goals and accomplishments (or lack of them) at least once a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's difficult to get some team members to use it and develop a habit of weekly planning. I wish Weekdone made it easier to sell the idea of Weekdone to team eg. by providing content / videos tips on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

The Team at Weekdone is excellent, and always available across geographies, especially since the project had a large impact to the business. therefore, there was pressure to implement quickly.

They allowed us to make informed decisions at each juncture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Would have been better if the UX design included different colour options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As stated earlier - Weekdone separates itself from the others because of its customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The key difference in implementing OKR's was the support of the good people at weekdone.

They successfully took complete ownership of complex problems and quickly solved it.

We are all well aware of the need of having OKR's hence not talking about that in this forum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the ability to quickly view my digital team's Basecamp project progress with a quick glance at the week's end. The reporting is straight to the point. Exactly want I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

This is a solid tool, and great add-on for Basecamp. If anything, I could benefit from more ability to track time related to projects, but maybe that is more of a request to Basecamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Often I am asked for a quick snapshot of what everyone on the Digital Team is actively working on. We typically roll from one project to the next, start and stop projects as per bottlenecks occur, but we are always producing. Weekdone allows me the ability to quickly pull that snapshot or setup a reoccurring report without having to individually poll each Basecamp project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Before Weekdone, it was a guessing game to try to keep up with my team's projects, and feedback was nonexistent. Now, I can easily update my manager and team about my weekly projects. Collaboration is easy, feedback is seamless, and the goal-setting keeps us on track. We also work remotely, so the ability to log tasks on Weekdone means that fewer e-mails are sent...always a good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

So far, my team is very happy with Weekdone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
