The platform offers robust features like video interviews, custom branding, advanced proctoring, analytics, and technical screening, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

It integrates well with major ATS and LMS solutions, offering seamless integration and data management through an API.

What I like the most is their AI Copilot which generates a test question depending upon the candidate's proficiency and experience. We generally tailor the test to check the skills that we need in our product and also the skills that the candidate has acquired while working in other companies. We have not come across anything to dislike yet. In fact, they have solved the huge problem of screening the candidates and providing a complete suite to interview candidates remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about WeCP is the time it is saving us on hiring. The recruitment process is typically very time-consuming, especially in technical fields. With WeCP we have been able to eliminate a lot of the manual tasks in the hiring process and we are able to move from one round to the other much faster.

I also like that it gives us more control during online tests through its AI-driven proctoring feature. So we can ensure everyone is playing fair. We like platforms easy to use. Also it takes one-click (literally) from inviting the candidates to take a coding test. It auto-proctors.
