We were able to pick suitable candidates for next level based not only upon theoretical but also scenario based and practical questions that they answered. The UI was user friendly. The feature of taking snaps of candidate whilenguving the test was good move for authentication. Overall experience was satisfying. **What do you dislike about WeCP (We Create Problems)?** Nothing much. It meets all basic requirements. **What problems is WeCP (We Create Problems) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem which I felt was solved is the reduction in the level of personal interviews.
