WeCP helped to reduce the time taken in the entire interview process. We were able to pick suitable candidates for next level based not only upon theoretical but also scenario based and practical questions that they answered. The UI was user friendly. As this platform provided tests for multiple skills, and had provision to design the test as per project requirement, it was easy to take further only the eligible candidates who met the required scores in the test.
