Other webinar platforms I've utilized in the past have such complex back-end management that it takes multiple people just to manage a webinar. Webinar.net is a user-friendly platform that makes managing webinars a breeze. Additionally, webinar.net implements almost seamlessly with our online registration platform, Swoogo. I also LOVE that webinar.net has a simple reporting link for each webinar that I can provide my clients easily. And lastly, the customer service is unmatched. When I have an issue, they are very swift to remedy it. **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** My current complaint about webinar.net is that it currently does not push full contact information over from my online registration platform. It pushes first, last, company, title. We also need address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, country. However, I was able to get my developer to write some code and an API that can now handle this and we now receive full contact information. **Recommendations to others considering webinar.net:** If you are looking for a user-friendly and a management-friendly platform to run your virtual events or webinars, look no further! The reporting is easy to view and the customer service is outstanding. I like some of the features on the console from a partner/sponsor perspective (resources, logo with link), and the customer service each time, if needed, is exceptional! Generally a great platform to work on! **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** Having the capacity to blur speakers' backgrounds or insert backgrounds similarly to Teams. Other helpful features include a multi-registration page and the ability to run two events under the same license simultaneously (useful if wanting to do concurrent panel sessions). Its best feature is the ability to completely customise each event experience, with individualised brand, look and feel. The attendee interface is simple-to-use and allows admins to add/remove components to create an event expeperience that's fit for purpose for each event. The platform also includes a very robust yet versatile platform for speakers, which is easy to access and navigate. Finally, the registration page can also be highly customised, which helps to create a more bespoke landing page for virtual events. **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** There is very little I can fault in this platform. The only slight issue we have found is that for some speakers, who are required to present from company devices, is that the presenter console link is sometimes blocked and needs to be authorised. I wouldnt call this a poor reflection of the platform though, just something to consider ahead of time when preparing speakers and highlights the importance of dry-running ahead of the event. **What problems is webinar.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is currently no ability to download session content so that it can be stored / saved for perpetuity. This would be hugely helpful as an additional feature. The benefits are numerous, but to summarise, the versatility of the platform is its strongest asset. The numerous widgets for chat, quick links, etc., helped customize each session. It also integrated well with our virtual platform provider, Swoogo. We used Webinar.net for our first virtual event, and our sessions ran very smoothly on the Webinar.net platform. Our speakers found the backend easy to use, answer attendee questions, and communicate with other speakers. The team appreciated the ability to respond to all or individual attendees to provide tech support without disrupting the session. **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** The set-up process was time-consuming, although we did have about 20 sessions to build out. It also took our team some time to learn and use the platform. The video upload process was also a bit slow. We used Webinar.net for all pre-recorded sessions. While this is possible, it's challenging trying to walk presenters through it. Beyond that, no other dislikes. Webinar.net continues to make platform improvements at a rapid rate. **What problems is webinar.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing issue free webinars for my clients and my clients-clients. The platform is such less prone to failure than On24. Technical questions rarely come through the Q&A telling me two things: 1. The platform is stable and not error prone. 2.
